Follow the steps:

1. For the perfect application, use a lip scrub to remove any imperfections from the lips before applying the lip pencil.

2. Start from the center of the upper lip and draw a desired shape towards the corner of the lip. Proceed to the bottom lip using the same technique.

3. Apply your favorite lipstick or lip gloss on the lips.

4. Remove any unwanted smudges with a cotton swab.
